Stonz Diamonds ensures that our products, service and features are trustworthy and professional. 

Customer service is one of our top priorities. All customers will be treated promptly and respectfully without regard to age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, language proficiency, social or economic status.

Staff members are to provide the best customer service possible and are empowered to make decisions than balances the needs of the individual with the overall capabilities of the business.

Staff will assist customers on a first-come, first-served basis to the extent possible without infringing on the service needs of other customers. If you have an urgent order, please let us know and we will attempt to push your order ahead of orders that are not as urgent.

Staff will show you our stock and give advice on an order to their knowledge. Our staff are all knowledgeable in their field; however, if there are any uncertainties, our staff will do research and get back to you to provide you with transparent answers. The quotes and invoices that staff send out to you are 100% accurate and transparent – please feel free to email us if you are uncertain of where certain costs stem from. In cases where we do not have resources or offerings to your taste or budget, our staff will find other options and will get back to you within a few days with a more appropriate offering or quote.

A customer with complaints about the service received or about our policies shall be referred to the owner and director of the business and it will be handled from there.
