Shipping policy

Shipping times are separate from the order processing times indicated under some products. All orders are processed within 1 day to 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, depending on the product itself and whether we have it in stock. We will inform you by email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that problems with the courier companies are outside of our control. Thus, if any delays are occurring, please be patient and contact us for your waybill number to track your parcel.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free for the customer on all orders.

Local delivery

Local deliveries are made from 8AM to 5PM on weekdays. When expecting a package from Stonz, we advise you to always keep your cellphone with you as you will be the contact person for the courier for your specific delivery. Please note that we ship overnight, and we advise you to answer phone calls from any unknown numbers that may be calling the day after we have notified you that your package has been shipped. 

In-store pickup

If you feel more comfortable picking your goods up yourself, you are welcome to pick it up in-store at our address:

After placing your order, please send an email to if you would like to pick up your goods yourself. We will let you know by email when your goods are ready to be picked up along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM to 5PM from Mondays to Fridays. Alternative days on weekends or public holidays can also be arranged if necessary.
